Speakers Schedule

The APCD offers presentations to schools and organizations throughout the county on a number of aspects associated with air quality. Listed below are a few of the presentations commonly requested. District staff are always looking for opportunities to share the clean air message and can modify these presentations to fit your organization’s need.

Clean Air...Everyone’s Business

District staff present information about air quality in our county by showing a 12 minute video highlighting local business, government and individual’s effort to reduce air pollution. A question and answer period follows.

This presentation can easily be adapted to fit within the time constraints of a meeting or other program. We also have a special projector that will allow the video to be shown to large audiences on a big screen or wall.

Audience: High School and college classes, service clubs and community groups.
Length: 20-30 minutes

Professor O. Zone

The program includes plenty of student participation and props to reinforce learning and add some fun. A question and answer session follows.

Payne’s World
